O2 offer five different pay as you go packages, Favorite Place, Talkalotmore, Text Anytime, O2 Unlimited and Your Country.

• The package Text & Web offers 2 free sims per household, and features free unlimited texts and web access on your mobile when you top up by £15 a month.
• Unlimited offers unlimited texts and minutes to other o2 phones if you top up with over £15 in a month.
• Text and Call provides up to 200 minutes and 200 UK texts to any UK network mobile when you top up with over £30 in a month.
• The Favourite Place package offers unlimited calls to O2 mobiles and UK land lines if you top up over £30 per month.
• The Your Country package offer 200 additional minutes to international landlines and mobiles (excluding some very remote countries) if you top up with a minimum of £30.

o2 also have many other services alongside their free sim cards, such as their o2 sim only range which they call Simplicity, which gives customers a generous allowance of free minutes and/or texts as part of a monthly top up. This is perfect for people who perhaps would normally make at at least one top up a month on their o2 free sim cards. This differs from the contract phone arm of their business as their is no longer term commitment - you only need to give 30 days notice, so in effect you can give notice as soon as you pay your monthly fee (equivalent to your top up now) and 30 days later there is no further obligation.
